I don't have access to a computer or mobile device
Council's Libraries have computers that are available for booking by members of the community. This service is free and usually available in 30 minute time slots. However, if it is for the purpose of applying for a role with Council just let a member of the library staff know and they will allow extra time for your booking. There is also a printing service available for which a small fee applies. Library Opening Hours
