My career with depression began in 1984, when I was told I had long term depression and that it was a life sentence, but after 20 years of listening to them i started listening to me and finally healed my depression about 15 years ago. My healing journey began by simply sharing my story, and this is the reason I host this group, to enable others to heal. It is doable for I AM living proof of that. This space is an equitable forum where all are welcome and encouraged to share. What is shared in the group stays in the group.
